Netflix Shop offers a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fan gear and collectibles.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
